Since joining EAP, Jerusha has increased EAP's presence with land, indigenous, women, and Afro-descendant movements. Jerusha also led EAP's transition to a more efficient grants management database, moving the team to a paperless work environment and allowing the team to process emergency cases more quickly and efficiently.
